Q: How are shipping rates calculated?

A: Shipping on orders over $40.00 is free. Shipping on orders under $40.00 wil be a flat rate of $5.00

A: Mild steel, aluminum, copper, or stainless steel.


Q: What kind of finish does your product have?

A: Most of the products have our exclusive copper patina. It consists of layered bronze, brown, and copper tones. They are hand dipped and coated with a gloss urethane top coat.

Q: How do you clean your products?
A: A feather duster works best. Light household cleaners will not harm the finish. The surface can be scratched, so don’t use anything abrasive for cleaning.



Q: Do you make custom pieces?

A: Yes, we offer many custom services, and are happy to design to your needs and desires.

 

Q: What is you lead-time?

A: Lead times can vary during different seasons like Christmas, most small pieces like switch plate covers and toilet paper holders are in stock and will ship within 48 hours. Larger pieces like mirrors or coat racks might take 2-4 weeks. You can call to check availability and lead-time.


 

Q: How do you ship?

A: We mainly use UPS ground and USPS and will be chosen at or discretion. Rush delivery is available for additional charges. Shipments outside the continental United States will require additional charges.
